Other things to note Be close to Portofino, in a private villa, with a swimming pool that is shared with only a few other residents in the private, gated community. You will be living within a short walk to everything. Nearby beaches include; Miramare, La Valletta, Regina Elena, and the exclusive Paraggi (sandy beach). Lovely 18 hole golf course in nearby Rapallo (approx. 15 minutes from the villa). Tennis nearby, ask about renting paddle boards, motorboats, kayaks, snorkelling, spa services, private beach clubs. There will be some paperwork to review and sign upon arrival. We will need to register all guests according to Italian law so will require ID for all guests staying at the property.
