The space The villa sleeps eight, with 4 bedrooms, all with double/king size beds and has an extremely generous amount of space to spread out, relax and have fun offering the perfect escape for a family wanting some time on their own, or friends needing a luxury break. With its three levels, i.e. ground floor, mezzanine/loft and lower floor the villa has a minimalistic decor in keeping with the style of the property. Ground floor: Through the front door, the entrance lobby overlooks through full height glass onto a central courtyard with an iconic olive tree which the house wraps around and which leads on to the pool and expansive sun terrace to either side. The right wing of the ground floor has a beautiful open plan living room and dining room with a fireplace and full height glass doors that open onto the pool terrace and garden. Off the dining area there is a covered outdoor dining terrace with and adjacent barbecue feature. A lengthy modern kitchen with counters on either side has a very comfortable casual dining area. The left wing contains a four-bedroom area with a master bedroom ensuite featuring a rain shower, a large in ground bath overlooking a courtyard through a full height glass door/window. The other three bedrooms, two of them with walk in closets are serviced by two spacious bathrooms.
