A self catering annex right beside our own home in a peacefully, rural setting beside the River Moyola. We are just 20 minute drive from the International Airport and 40 minutes drive to Belfast City Centre and Derry City. Ideally located in the heart of Mid Ulster with easy access to the stunning North Antrim Coast which boasts one of the Lonely Planet’s top coastal drives. We are a perfect base to explore beautiful beaches, world class golf courses and great shopping and nightlife. The space Our converted garage has been transformed into a cosy countryside retreat. With rural riverside walks and a large garden to enjoy. We are ideally located in the heart of Mid Ulster with many mountains, forests, loughs, beaches and cities all within a one hour drive. Located just outside the busy town of Magherafelt, where you will find many fantastic boutiques for shopping and wonderful restaurants and pubs to enjoy local cuisine and entertainment. Or if you are after a quiet, countryside getaway there are lots of peaceful countryside walks to enjoy on our doorstep. Our Shetland pony Peggy, our friendly dogs named Dougal and Táifí and our curious cat named Mittens live on the property, so if you are an animal lover you will enjoy your visit. Guest access Guests can enjoy the garden and climbing frame. Other things to note Please drive slowly as you approach the property as our children may be outside playing and there are animals on site.
