To spend a pleasant holiday on the banks of the Loir at the gates of Angers, we suggest you stay in our house, "L'Escale", located in Villevêque. Villevêque is a great spot for walking and cycling. You can also enjoy the summer beach and supervised swimming 100 meters from our house. We provide you with our paddleboard so that you can fully enjoy the Loir. The space 10 minutes from Angers, quietly located on the banks of the Loir, we offer our atypical house during our vacation. This is our primary residence that we will clear out for the occasion. Some cupboards will be emptied so you can store your belongings. Description: Our accommodation is located in Villevêque, on the banks of the Loir and close to the castle and mill. You will be quiet and can enjoy our garden with a side view of the Loir. You can walk to the beach (supervised swimming and children's games) and to the village of Villevêque where you will find all amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery store, tobacco shop, pharmacy and post office). - Ground floor: 1 living room with garden view and side view of the Loir + 1 separate equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, food processor). - The staircase gives access to a half-floor on which you will find the toilet and a small bathroom (shower). - Second floor: a landing leads to two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 bed 90 + 1 bed 90 in a drawer; bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90) and a second bathroom (bathtub). In bedroom 2, there is a large family desk on which you can play our many board games. - Second floor: an attic bedroom with 2 single beds 90 and a desk with a 140 bed. The office area is adjacent to the bedroom, but separated from the bedroom by a door - Independent laundry room (access from the outside): washer and dryer. - Garden: garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and plancha. We appreciate our living environment very much and hope that you will also be won over by the sweetness of Angers! Please note: sheets and towels are not provided.
