Originally a wine farmhouse, the home retains many historic features while offering modern comforts. The space includes: - Private Entrance: Opens into a spacious hallway with original flooring, a cloakroom, and laundry facilities. - Private Garden: Your own outdoor oasis with a lawn, flowers, and vines. Enjoy al fresco dining with provided furniture in our mini vineyard (yes we make our own grappa!), complete with beautiful views towards the lake. - Living & Dining Room: A cozy L-shaped sofa converts to a double bed. The dining table seats four and serves as a great workspace overlooking the garden. There is a historical wood fire oven which can be used. - Entertainment: Enjoy a TV with Apple TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a selection of books and board games. - Fully Equipped Kitchen: A newly fitted, compact kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and a French press cafetière. - Main Bedroom: A light-filled room with a king-size bed (180cm), antique furniture, and a large window looking towards the lake. - Second Bedroom: Features a beautiful four-poster bed (160cm) and direct double-door access to the private garden. - Bathroom: The single bathroom contains a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower with a glass screen. In addition: - We offer free offroad parking on the property for one car - Families and dogs are welcome, on request we can provide a cot Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire self-contained ground-floor apartment. - Private Entrance: You can enter the apartment through a shared pathway that leads to your own private front door. - Private Garden: You have sole use of the private garden, which can be accessed directly through a garden gate or from the second bedroom. - Laundry: A brand new washing machine and separate tumble dryer are located in the hallway for your private use. Other things to note - This is a historic property from 1646 with many original features and antique furnishings. We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and respect. - Please be aware that due to the historic nature of the building, there are some low ceilings and, in particular, a low doorway leading to the kitchen.
