The house is bright, spacious and quiet on our estate. The living area is 110 m2 with 3 large bedrooms (3 beds of 140 + 1 bed of 90 in one of the bedrooms and 1 wooden baby bed in another) which each have their own bathroom, a large comfortable living room: dining room, living room with 3 sofas, TV, fully equipped kitchen... The "garden" is several hectares... since you are located in our wine estate without any other tenant or neighbor nearby. The space The house is bright, spacious and quiet (in the middle of our vineyard). The living area is 110 m2 with 3 large bedrooms (3 beds of 140 + 1 bed of 90 in one of the bedrooms and 1 wooden baby bed in another) which each have their own bathroom, a large comfortable living room: living room with three sofas (including 1 convertible into a bed of 140) with TV and a small library with books, dining room, fully equipped kitchen... (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, electric glass-ceramic stovetop, fridge and freezer section, hand blender, electric mixer, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster...). Baby essentials are available (crib with mattress, high chair, changing table, bathtub). In addition, you have a covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ for the summer. Access to the cottage is via a staircase and the view overlooks the "garden" which is several hectares... since you are located on the upper part of our vineyard estate with its large lawn in the foreground (at least 3000 m2) for outdoor games. Various games are available for children on the large lawn: soccer goal and ball, petanque balls and wooden bowling game, giant game of the goose mat, rackets and foam ball. For those who want to stay connected, we offer unlimited WiFi internet access, indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The bike path (20 meters) passes right next to us (direct access to the sandy beaches on the ocean side at just under 2 km). Cottage located 1.5 km from the village of La Brée-les-Bains where you have every day, in summer, (and 4 times a week off season), the most beautiful market on the island, as well as its beautiful beaches of calm swimming (without big waves because on the side of the continent) and secure, and not far from the beaches of "Chaucres" or "des Huttes" where, there, you are on the ocean side with its magnificent beaches of fine sand and not far from a good spot for surfers. We are located just under 2 km from each of the beaches. The rental is very well insulated (PVC insulated window and front door and double glazing) and well heated with central heating for the winter... otherwise we always have a good glass of cognac for the chilliest!!! Other things to note As a wine producer, we will be happy to share our passion and know-how with you through a free tasting of our products (pineau, cognac, wines, cocktails, etc.) at the estate's cellar, if you like.
