The space Apartment in a house settlement, in the Chalkidiki inner bay area, not far from the cities of Moudania and Nikiti. The settlement is located by the seaside village Kalyves Polygyros on the inlet of Toroneos gulf between Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas. It lies approximately 12 kilometers from the cities of Polygyros and Moudania respectively. At stretch of a 10 kilometers beach from Saint Mamas to Kalyves village, there is a “family” high standard beach, which is preferred by local residents. For the most part the beach is sandy with small pebbles occasionally. There lies a large community as well as some tavernas and cafes around one km out. Quiet and picturesque area especially for families with children or elder people. Access is easy from the main road leading from N.Moudania to Nikiti. There is a marked exit to the “Mikiverna Beach”. The apartment is on the first floor of a 2-storey house in the green village "Mikiverna Beach" next to Kalyves, Chalkidiki. The total area of the settlement surpasses 100 acres. The luxury apartment (first floor of the house) has two bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a related dining room and a bathroom with shower. It is very luminous (with a good sunny and windy orientation), with front and rear balconies and a fireplace, as seen in the photos. The beach is at a distance of only 2 minutes walk, through trees and flower paths. In the living room the furniture includes a big sofa and a second sofa on the opposite side, with the possibility to accommodate up to four persons. There is a TV, a dining table (i.e. table with four chairs). In the kitchen there is a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave equipment; in the cupboards you will find the necessary kitchen equipment : crockery, cutlery, pots, drinking glasses, wine and beer mugs, cups and everything else usually required in a household. In one bedroom there is a double bed with two bedside tables, a double wardrobe and a TV; in the second room there are two single beds (one of them is almost a double one), a double wardrobe and several drawers. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a shower place and a washing machine. In the front balcony there is rattan furniture (chairs, armchairs and tables) to assure comfort and enjoyment at every time of the day. The house offers a Wireless and cabled Internet connection, as well as an Air Condition equipment. Accommodation capacity : beds for 8 people (1 double, two singles, 1 sofa (becomes a double bed +1 extra single) and one more single. - A chair-bed could be available in case it is needed (+1) Other facilities: The village’s settlement has a “private” supermarket (at 80 meters from the house), and various sport facilities : soccer, basketball and tennis court. In the surrounding area there are some other supermarkets and beach restaurants, while closer to 3 km, the village Gerakini offers plenty of shops and entertainment venues. The settlement is built in the traditional style of Halkidiki houses, surrounded by trees, flowers, separate gardens and beautiful lawn. Within the settlement there are sidewalks for pedestrians and no cars or motorcycles are allowed to enter, except for the two marginal side roads leading from the main road to the beach.
