Ca’ di Viole is a 17th-century house located in the oldest part of the village. Nestled in the high Cervo Valley at an elevation of 1,000 meters in the Biella mountains, it overlooks the breathtaking panorama of the plain, the Cervo Valley, and the Alpine arc. Surrounded by predominantly beech forests and immersed in the Zegna Oasis, Ca’ di Viole is an excellent starting point for stunning mountain excursions or simply for those seeking to enjoy nature, silence, and pristine relaxation. The space Ca’ di Viole is a detached house, with its entrance opening onto a small grassy square exclusive to the property. Its terraces offer sweeping views of the village, the mountains, and even the Biella plain, with glimpses of the Maritime Alps. On the ground floor, there's a spacious entrance, a small study, a dining room with an adjacent compact kitchenette equipped with a two-burner electric stove, a small refrigerator, a compact electric oven, cookware, and tableware for cooking, a bathroom with an electric boiler, a half tub with a handheld shower and a curtain. The first floor features a terrace, a cozy sitting room, and two bedrooms. Adjacent to the house, there's a private garden with sun loungers and a sun umbrella, basking in sunlight and offering magnificent panoramic views. It's a 17th-century home where the simple yet strong values of yesteryears are palpable. Adorned with traditional Piedmontese furnishings, it exudes a rustic and minimalist charm, perfect for those seeking an unconventional experience away from the usual clichés, disconnecting from urban routines and immersing themselves in a natural environment brimming with energy and beauty. By choice, we do not provide a TV or Wi-Fi, but all phone carriers have good reception, allowing for streaming movies via hotspot or work remotely. Guest access The house is located in the Cervo Valley in the upper hamlet of Oriomosso (1,000 meters above sea level), accessible from Biella (situated between Milan and Turin) via Provincial Road No. 100. After passing Campiglia Cervo, upon reaching the hamlet of Valmosca, turn right onto the scenic SP 115 Zegna road. Before reaching Bielmonte, you'll find a sign indicating Oriomosso superiore to the right. After 500 meters, you'll arrive at a square where you can turn around to park in the well-distributed parking lots along the road. The village is entirely pedestrianized, allowing children to run freely without the danger of encountering a car. The village's development is centered around a wide footpath that crosses it entirely from north to south. In the center lies the church square, where in the evenings, you can even play a game of bowls amidst the chimes of the 1766 bell tower. From the parking area, Campiglia Cervo can be reached in ten minutes, where you'll find a grocery store, a bar, a church, post office, and an information point for excursions throughout the valley, with maps displayed prominently under the old covered market.
