Beautiful waterfront duplex

Very nice beachfront location Apartment in Saint Florent, 12 meters from the beach (with private path to the beach): no road to cross / nothing but sand and shrubs between the apartment and the sea (see photos) Great place with or without kids. Duplex apartment in a very quiet residence. 4 to 5 people (4 single beds + one double bed). On the ground floor (the ground floor has been recently redone: kitchen, tiling, painting) - Very large terrace (25 m²) with sea and Saint Florent port views. - Nice stay - Equipped kitchen. On the first floor: - A bedroom with 4 single beds - A bedroom with double bed (and again here exceptional view of the sea and the port of Saint Florent) There is no Wi-Fi but 3G and 4G work very well. A small flat screen TV is also available. The exact coordinates of the apartment: + (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (so you can see on (SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN) maps: we're on the beach!) Note that the apartment is very well located but the first floor is a bit old. About Saint Florent: it is a very pretty village in Corsica, about 35 minutes from Bastia airport. Very nice for hiking (many different places to go nearby). Rent a boat (or use the taxi boat) and go see the most beautiful beaches in the Agriates desert, including Saleccia. The port of Saint Florent can be lively in the evening and there are many good (and sometimes expensive) restaurants, and there is once a year during the summer the "Porto Latino" festival which is worth checking out, as well as the guitar nights in Patrimonio. A visit to Nonza (20-minute drive) is mandatory (in my opinion), the tour of Cap Corse is recommended. Guest access There is a bowling green and ping pong table in the common garden of the residence
