Independent studio, quiet and not overlooked

This 25 m2 studio is located in the town of Saint Étienne d'Orthe, less than 1000 inhabitants, close to all amenities and quiet. About 30 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from Pau. It is adjoining our house. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked. The space !! Important: We have 1 dog permanently on the property. He likes to meet passing travelers but is not allowed to enter the studio. The studio consists of a main room with a convertible sofa bed (see photos), a small fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, double fire induction hob) as well as a bathroom with shower and vanity unit with a large closet with hangers. From June to September: During your stay, you will have access to the pool at times defined together on your arrival as well as to the pétanque court at the same times. During these times, we will not access the pool. We are very flexible on these times and we will gladly join you for a game of pétanque or molky if you offer it to us. Pets are no longer allowed due to several significant instances of damage. Accessible with 1 toddler. Guest access Access to the entire studio, terrace and garden. No washing machine and dryer in the studio. On request: Access possible, without extra charge for 1 load of laundry, to our laundry room (washing machine, dryer) when we are at home. Plan your laundry, and time to take care of your laundry. Other things to note Due to the health events of the past few years, we are implementing everything necessary to ensure that the studio is fully disinfected after being cleaned, in order to accommodate you in the best possible sanitary conditions.
