Modern and cozy apartment near Sachsenring

Very nice and cozy attic apartment with newly renovated bathroom, an open kitchen-living room and spacious bedrooms. In the immediate vicinity is the Sachsenring (less than 10 minutes by car) with numerous sports events (e.g. MotoGP). Many other attractions (Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz) can also be reached in the shortest time thanks to good connections to the highway. The space The apartment is located in the attic and can be entered via a separate entrance. Guest access Back house is located in our cozy garden. This can be used after consultation. Other things to note Check-in: from 3 pm on the day of arrival (or by arrangement) Check out: until 11 am on the day of departure Handover of the apartment in a broom clean and tidy condition (in the event of gross soiling or damage, the effort will be recovered via Airbnb). Intermediate cleaning is mandatory for rentals of more than 6 nights / 7 days once a week (additional 45 EUR). Binding house rules: - No smoking inside the apartment and entire house strictly - No strangers guests in the house or on the premises - No parties, heavy alcohol consumption or loud music - Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm on - Respect the neighbors - Parking only on the street
