Close to St. Peter's, historic center and Trastevere, is prime location offering all amenities: within 200-300 mt, you'll find a large 7-a-day supermarket, 4 restaurants/pizzerias, gelateria, 2 coffee and pastry shop, tobacco and bus ticket offices, a 7-a-day pharmacy, a dentist's emergency room, an ATM, and a 24-hour bus stop. Apartment is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children aged at least 5). the cot and high chair each have an additional cost of 5€ per day. The space The apartment has a large living room with a spacious kitchen (with all brand new appliances) with table and sofa bed and a flat screen TV and a large furnished terrace overlooking trees. There are also two very spacious double bedrooms with large wardrobes and flat screen TVs and two bathrooms with shower (one en suite). One of the two bedrooms also has an additional sunny balcony. The property has heating and air conditioning, free WiFi, security rails at the windows (sound proof) and mosquito screens. An armored door and safe complete the high degree of security in the apartment, which is in a safe and quiet area of Rome. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. IMPORTANT: Keep in mind in mind that CHECK-IN IS FROM 3 PM TO 7 PM, the arrival time must be agreed by telephone or via SMS/email a few days before. Check-in after h. 7.00pm must be agreed with the host, and includes an extra €50.00. Entry into the apartment will only be permitted within 9.30pm. If the delay is prolonged, the host may be available to check-in the day after the start of the stay, at a time exclusively available to the host. However, there will be no refund for the missed night. Check-in before h. 3.00 pm, upon request of the guest, is subject to availability of the accommodation, once all cleaning, sanitization and maintenance operations have been completed, following the check-out of the previous guest. It is subject to the host's availability and includes an extra €35.00. Check-in will not take place on December 31st and January 1st of each year. Other things to note The apartment offers complimentary covered parking (up to available spots) protected by an automatic gate. Free public parking on the street is 7/7 h24.
