Single villa 400m from the sea, recently completely refurbished, with large terrace and garden and spectacular view of the Aeolian Islands. Perfect location: far enough from the chaos of the town that you may enjoy in total tranquility the wonderful view of the islands at sunset but in a few minutes find yourself at the magnificent beach of Rodia or the local clubs 'lidi', bars and pizzerie. The space The villa consists of a master bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, living room with double sofa bed (mattress roughly double size UK), hallway and a bathroom. Everything is elegantly furnished with every comfort, for example indoor and outdoor kitchen, inside and outside shower, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, cooking and kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and everything you might need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Guest access The thing which really distinguishes this property is the outside space to which guests have sole and exclusive access. In fact the villa is host to a large veranda, large outside courtyard and lower garden. All of these areas without exception give access to the wonderful view.
