My beautiful, cosy cottage is located in the heart of Ryde on the Isle of Wight, in easy walking distance of the town centre, travel links such as the bus station, Fastcat, Hovercraft and trains, as well as beaches, shops, restaurants and beautiful walks. It is an ideal location for couples, small families, friends and business trips. The cottage is quirky and cute, perfect for a peaceful getaway yet close to all amenities. The space My place is an old fisherman's cottage, lovingly restored to create a cosy seaside retreat. The interior and exterior of the property have been recently re-decorated in the last two years, with new carpets, beds and furniture. Slightly wonky floors add to the character and history of the cottage. Guest access Guests will be able to use the whole house as they please, including bedrooms, bathrooms, the living and dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and the front and back garden. There is just one room upstairs which is unable to be used and is locked. Other things to note *There is no parking at the cottage* The road that the property is situated on has free, 24/7 unlimited stay parking and is therefore a popular place for other people to park. There is also parking available on roads close by which are 1 hour maximum stay, and free, unlimited stay over night between 6pm-8am. There is also a pay and display car park opposite the main road.
