Niki's House is located in a traditional village, Ventourata, in nothern Kefalonia 11 minutes (by car) from the famous traditional village Fiskardo, where there is a variety of beautiful beaches and trekking destinations in the surrounding area, that gives you the opportunity to enjoy a combination of pure mountain and sea activities. It is ideal for those who want to truly experience life in a greek rural village. The space Welcome to Niki’s house, located in the traditional village of Ventourata very close to Fiskardo!! 🏡 The property concists of 2 individual houses. The guests will have access to the entire individual left house, which consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The house has an individual entrance as well as a free parking area. Guests will have access to the countryard, filled with lush greenery and beautiful trees , creating a natural and relaxing atmosphere. 🌳🌿Guests can enjoy the courtyard, which is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast, coffee , or lunch. In the evening , the backyard becomes perfect for sitting outside and, on clear nights, admiring the stars 🌙✨ The house has no air conditioning since it retains a cool temperature naturally, but there is a fan if needed. The house is located only 7km away (11 min by car) from the famous traditional village Fiskardo and about 5km from the wonderfully Emplissi beach. It is also 27 minutes (by car) from the famous beach Myrtos and 22 minutes from the beautiful village Assos. The nearest mini market is in Konidarata village 0.5km and in Magganos village 1km, where you can also find traditional restaurants. We highly recommend renting a car to fully explore the island and take advantage of it’s many attractions and scenic drives.
