The space I do not think that in Moscow there is a lot of housing of such a modern, unique style, good quality and almost maximum configuration (especially in this price segment). If you decide to stay in other parts of Moscow, in most cases, to get to the nearest metro station you will need to use public transport, in the conditions of urban traffic jams it will take considerable time + additional transport costs – here 10 minutes walk to the METRO station without traffic lights, tunnels and transitions and 30 minutes by metro direct to the center of Moscow. 2. Area with developed infrastructure all within walking distance: the network budget shops: PYATEROCHKA, MAGNET (in the neighboring house), large chain stores: SELGROS, REAL, CASTORAMA (10 minute walk), close (20 min on foot or 5m by taxi) is one of the largest shopping centers of Moscow, MEGA BELAYA DACHA (IKEA, AUCHAN, OBI, DECATHLON, McDonalds... - about 200 shops, cafes, cinemas, bowling, playgrounds, etc.), as well as the largest market of clothes and things in Moscow SADOVOD (former Cherkizovsky moved here) – where you can buy things at the most affordable prices. 3.
