Rental unit in Prêles

2 1/2 room apartment, large and open, in an old Jurahaus. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom "à l'étage" with double bed (attention: steep stairs!), two single beds in the living room (put together or single, as desired), on request also for 5 people (sofa bed or mattress on the floor). Central heating, Swedish stove "pour le plaisir" Postbus stop just a few steps away. The space Large open living room with Swedish stove, approx. 35 m2 (living area / dining area), bedroom with double bed on the upper floor; in the living room two additional single beds (put together or individually). On request, possibly also for 5 people (sofa bed or matrazze on floor) Guest access You share the house entrance with me, your apartment is self-contained. Other things to note No TV (Wi-Fi available) I do music regularly at the house, alone and with others. This is audible in the apartment, although not very noisy. Use of washing machine: CHF 5.00 Coffee maker (nespresso machine); capsules are available; CHF 0.50 / piece Parking directly at the house, in winter it can have snow. I do not guarantee permanent snow removal. On request (and for reimbursement for self-cost) my wallbox can be used for electric car.
