Keepings Cottage - 350 yr old New Forest Cottage

Keepings is a 350 year old thatched cottage that sides onto a quiet lane in the hamlet of Norleywood - an area of outstanding natural beauty within the New Forest National Park. Situated between Beaulieu and Lymington we have great walks and pubs within reach. You can walk to the pub, to our local beach and the forest from your doorstep and our garden is enclosed and dog friendly. Please note the wood burner is not in use and for decorative purposes only. The space The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, utility area, breakfast/dining area that leads into the cozy lounge with wood burner but please note the wood burner cannot be used between June and September due to fire regulations or during hot prolonged weather. It offers a downstairs toilet and shower room with a large beamed bedroom upstairs with a bright ensuite with a bath. Private parking area and your own secure garden. Guest access You will have access to the whole of the cottage and cottage garden and you will have your own separate parking area. The garden is fully fenced to keep your dogs enclosed as well Other things to note Note, no puppies under 8 months and all dogs must be toilet trained
