Beautiful and cozy apartment in a semi-central location with underfloor heating and other amenities. The apartment is very bright year-round (5th floor), and I have a terrace that's ideal for unwinding. I enjoy welcoming travelers and sharing my home with them, striving to make their stay as pleasant as possible. The room has a comfortable 135 cm bed and a fully equipped office area, and opposite it, a private bathroom. IMPORTANT: There will be no elevator until December 2026. Guest access In addition to the room, guests will enjoy a full bathroom exclusively at their disposal. Likewise, they can freely use the living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace, sharing their experience with me and my friendly little dog. During your stay I try to make sure our guests have the best memories after their stay at home. I usually telework, so I am available to collaborate to the fullest, hoping to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note I have an 8-kilo dog. She's affectionate and gets along with everyone. And if you pamper her and give her ham, she'll be your best friend forever 🐶
