Room 10 minutes from Annecy center

Nice but small room, in a quiet apartment, 10 minutes from Annecy center by car or 4 minutes by train. The highway is 5 minutes away (Annecy Nord), and close to the hospital. Shops and train station are a 10-minute walk away. There is a very large sunny terrace with table and deckchair. Kitchen and fridge available. Please arrive before 10 p.m. on weekdays and before 7 p.m. on weekends :-) For long stays, please ask me, it may be possible under certain conditions. The space A large, quiet and sunny 60 m2 terrace allows you to spend pleasant moments outside. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet and recent condominium. Guest access A parking space is reserved for the apartment. During your stay The exchange is mainly in the evening and on weekends.
