Beach Little Castle 20m² on the beach the most desirable area of the town, studio with one double bed , refrigerator, a/c, Bathroom and shower is brand new made in 2025 and now is located in the castle, huge garden with walkways and almost private beach. Μagnificent views, comfortable surrounding and panoramic. Near to Athens airport and Rafina Port. Some outside garden area may be shared with others guests from Silis Beach House. The space From the airport, just 15 minutes, and only 45 minutes from the center of the Greek capital. Look at photos, huge space with gardens and trees. The absolute relaxation. The house enjoys a panoramic view of the island of Evia. It has direct access to the sea with own iron door. You can have your dinner at the sea and swim the whole day. Guest access The room is situated in a huge garden shared with another Beach house. You have your own space veranda, sunbeds. We dont have the ability to change the number of beds, the studio has a double bed. Other things to note Please READ! Silis House shares garden and outside area with Silis Little Castle. The house is surrounded by wall, railings and the cliffs are dangerous. So guests, parents with children must be careful of not falling down. We take no responsibility if something happen. The house is on the main road of the town, Maybe on weekends there would be some noice from the cars passing by. Also In Greece on weekends people can party on the beach for free. Its not our fault if the party finishes in the morning. Lock the house when not inside. Dont ring our neighbours door bell, please contact us. It is not our fault if you are lost or the taxi driver is lost. Our listing provides the correct address of the house. Please smoke outside! Not other people allowed apart from the guests. Close all lights and ac when you are not in the house. Outside garden there is a shower and and hose to take off sand from feet. Please no sand in the house is very difficult to clean. All the towels are given is for face and body and not for the beach. Small pipes in Greece please don't throw papers or any other stuff in the toilet.
