Lovely Studio in a chalet in a peaceful area

We warmly welcome all our dear guests from around the world to come and enjoy a wonderful time at Chalet Champraz. This is the studio apartment in a private chalet located in the calmest and sunniest part of Chamonix with a lake outside, surrounded by nature with picturesque views on all sides. The space The inside space is well maintained and light permeates inside due to the gorgeous bay window which dominates the lounge area. There is an immediate feeling of peace and tranquility as you step inside. We offer for your pleasure the studio apartment of a chalet, with 25m2 space of living area. The apartment is private and you will not share with anybody else. The front bay window opens directly into the delightful lounge and kitchen area which has everything you might need. Light floods in through the stunning east-facing bay window in the morning, with fantastic views towards the Dru mountain. There is a large screen LCD TV and Blu-Ray player for all guests to use. Free high-speed fibre Wifi runs throughout. There is gas central heating throughout with instant hot water. Through the door is the beautifully decorated master bedroom with its double bed. There are shelves and storage and a high window above the central heating radiator. Leading on from the master bedroom is a clean and orderly shower/toilet room with instant gas hot water and a towel radiator. Outside the apartment is a garden bench looking towards the Dru, and access to the gorgeous 1200m2 garden which has trees and sits right next to the lake! Free parking is available right outside. The garden is large and sunny and shared by the other few chalet residents. The entrance area with its bench is private and only for our guests. There is French TNT and English Satellite TV along with a DVD / Blu-ray player. The kitchen includes a induction hob, microwave, small oven, fridge and coffee maker, plus a large selection of kitchen items required to cook. Guest access There is free parking right outside your door! Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children (sofa bed in the lounge). Check in is from 17:00h but we can offer an earlier time for a 20 Eur fee - do ask us! For the comfort of everyone and to enforce "no-party" and "quiet hours" rules, active noise monitoring is installed in the property and noise levels are recorded against your 1000 EUR security deposit. Thank you for your understanding! We are a "No-Smoking" establishment. No smoking at the entrance or anywhere near the chalet, please. There is a 1200m2 garden you may walk around in as you smoke. A minimum 250 EUR will be taken from your security deposit for extra cleaning if you disappoint us in this regard, and we will report you to AirBnb. Unarranged late check outs will also be charged at 20 EUR/hour as the cleaner waits outside! Would you please be so kind as to take away your rubbish too? Bins are just 150m away on the road.
