The Moulin de Lausseignan cottage is a small house adjoining another stone cottage, nestled in the heart of our property near a stream called Larebuson, on an enclosed plot of more than one hectare of meadow, fruit trees and centuries-old trees. A natural, idyllic setting, ideal for a moment of relaxation, with a pond and stream that will delight couples, families, food lovers or travellers looking for a short break in our beautiful region. The space Le Gîte du Moulin is a holiday home inspired by the art of living, vintage finds and beautiful tables. A place where you slow down, where you share, where every detail has been carefully chosen... and where you can take some of your favourite things home with you. With an area of 70 m², it consists of: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, Senséo, toaster and kettle) - a living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV, bookcase and wood-burning stove - Upstairs, we come directly to a first open-plan bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. A sheer curtain allows you to close off the space The second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and leads through to the bathroom with a shower and toilet. both bedrooms are equipped with storage The beds are made on arrival, and towels are available in the bathroom. Basic supplies (grocery, household products) included The accommodation is made of stone and each room is equipped with air conditioning You will find at the cottage free Wi-Fi, free private parking, possibly shared access to the covered terrace for outdoor dining, all windows overlook the garden. Outdoor games are possible (racquets, badminton, pétanque, swimming in the pool, above-ground pool, etc.) I do not charge a cleaning fee, so I trust you to leave the house impeccable and clean when you leave. Otherwise, €70 will be requested or withdrawn from the deposit. The end-of-stay cleaning option can be requested if you do not wish to do it and will be payable on site.
