The Moulin de Lausseignan cottage is a small house adjoining another stone cottage, nestled in the heart of our property near a stream called Larebuson on a closed lot of more than one hectare of meadow, fruit trees, and centuries-old trees. A bucolic natural environment ideal for a relaxing moment, with its pond and stream that will delight lovers, families, foodies or even travelers wishing to make a short stop in our beautiful region. The space Le Gîte du Moulin is a vacation home inspired by the art of living, vintage finds, and beautiful tables. A place where you slow down, where you share, where every detail has been carefully chosen... and where you can take some of your favorite things with you. With a surface area of 70 m2, it consists of: - a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, Senseo, toaster and kettle) - a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, bookcase and wood-burning stove - Upstairs, we enter directly into the first open-plan bedroom, which has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. A voile curtain can be used to close off the space The 2nd BD is equipped with a 160-cm bed and has direct access to the bathroom with shower and toilet both bedrooms are equipped with storage Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are available in the bathroom. Basic supplies (grocery, household products) included The accommodation is made of stone and does not have air conditioning At the cottage you will find free Wi-Fi, free private parking, possibly shared access to the covered terrace for outdoor dining, all windows overlook the garden. Outdoor games are possible (rackets, badminton, pétanque, swimming in the pool, etc.) I don't charge a cleaning fee, so I trust you to leave the house impeccable and clean upon checkout. Otherwise, €70 will be requested or withdrawn from the security deposit. The end-of-stay cleaning option can be requested if you do not want to do it and will be payable on site.
