The Parlour, Duntish Mill Farm, EV Charging

The Parlour is a 3 double bedroom cottage which is part of Duntish Mill Farm that has recently been lovingly renovated. There is open plan living with vaulted ceilings and a cosy log burner. French doors that lead onto a large private patio area. Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast. The space Duntish Mill Farm is a beautifully renovated farm located in the stunning Dorset countryside. There is free on-site parking, including two EV fast charging points. Free high speed WIFI. Dogs are welcome £25/dog. The Parlour Cottage is all single storey with only one small step in and out, so ideal for the less mobile person. There is also a lovely village shop and local pub which is dog friendly less than a mile away. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of The Parlour cottage, including the private enclosed courtyard — perfect for relaxing or letting your dog out safely. You’ll also have access to the shared grass paddock, a large, fully enclosed space ideal for dog exercise or soaking up the countryside views. There is off-road parking directly outside the cottage, and access to an EV charging point (PodPoint app required). Please note: Other guests may be staying in the neighbouring cottages, but your space is entirely self-contained and private. Other things to note We love dogs! You're welcome to bring up to 3 well-behaved dogs with you. There's a £25 charge per dog per stay to cover additional cleaning. Please keep dogs off furniture and beds, and let us know in advance if you're bringing pets. 🌳 Outdoor space You’ll have a private enclosed courtyard and access to a large, shared grass paddock, fully fenced and perfect for dog play. Please be mindful of other guests and dogs when using the shared space. ⚡ EV charging We have a PodPoint EV charger available on-site. Payment is made directly through the PodPoint app, so please ensure you have it downloaded before arrival. 📍Peaceful countryside location Duntish Mill Farm is in a quiet rural spot — expect fresh air, big skies, and the sounds of nature.
