The one-room living-bedroom apartment has space for 2 -4persons . In addition, there is 1 more bedroom on the same floor, which can be used when more than 2 people want to stay. You have a fantastic view over the Rhine Valley and Koblenz. The tranquility , the modern , cozy atmosphere and idyllic, natural location invite you to relax and unwind. The space The 1-room flat, renovated in 2018, is your private refuge. It is located on the 2nd floor within our house. A comfortable double bed, lovely furnishings and everything you need to feel well await you. With the windows open, clear, clean air flows towards you, you can listen to the chirping of the birds in the forest and perceive the chugging of the Rhine ships in the distance. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower and large bathtub also has a fantastic view. The small kitchenette in the hallway is modern and functional, there are 2 hotplates , french press for coffee, kettle, toaster and fridge. A small selection of spices is available. There is no oven and no dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans and bowls are sufficiently available, as well as common spices. On request, further sleeping facilities can be booked in the house via a separate advertisement. However, these are only pure bedrooms, there is no extra common room for larger groups! For longer stays with more than 4 people, the offer is therefore not intended and suitable. Likewise, you can dine with a maximum of 4 people in the living/sleeping room of the flat. Due to the current pandemic, we are currently limiting our offer to a maximum of four persons. The old charming manor house from 1598 is situated in a secluded location in the middle of an uncultivated orchard on the hill. The view and the surroundings are unique, so the way to us is steep ;) Access for guests The entrance area and the staircase are shared with our family. There is a separate west terrace with a view into a part of the garden on the first floor only for guests, but you have to share it ev with house guests from the 1st floor. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast there or e.g. end the day with dusk and spectacular sunset. Washing machine / dryer may please be used only by arrangement.
