Large room in a classified neighborhood

Large bright and quiet room on light oak parquet. Located on the first floor of a large stone house (listed district), it is equipped to accommodate guests who wish to be independent: dishes, kettle, microwave. Plus a small living room with a fridge, a sofa. Bathroom and toilet are reserved for guests. I rarely rent my two rooms at the same time. I provide everything you need to make a hot drink, jam, biscuits or cookies. The space This room on parquet is large and located on the upper floor of a large stone house. The room is very bright, quiet. This house belongs to a garden city built by the architect Roux-Sptiz. Our entire neighborhood is classified as 20th century architecture. But beware, we're not in the city center. We are in a green area (close to the Erdre) we reach the center in 12 minutes by public transport (2 chronobus lines). It's the countryside in the city after a day of urban sightseeing. Easy street parking in front of the house. Bus 50 meters away. Services right next door (bakery, small supermarket, tobacco...) Guest access Guests have at their disposal one bedroom, possibly two for families or groups of friends. A private bathroom with toilet. A small living room to relax. The guest space is upstairs and we live on the ground floor. We've just added a fridge to store fresh food for people staying a few days. A microwave and dishes are also available. During your stay We try to be available without being invasive. We can discuss, advise, help... The important thing is to tell us about your organizational problems (if you have any) we will try to simplify your life in Nantes. Other things to note When guests stay a week or more, a discounted rate is granted. For breakfast I provide enough to make a hot drink, jam, rusks or cupcakes. The bakery is 50 m away, open daily except Thursday from 6:45 am and it makes delicious bread.
