Casa Primavera 21B The space 2 ½ apartment B21 inkl 1 underground parking and 2 bike spaces The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in May 2020. Entrance There is a wardrobe and a mirror in the entrance and a closet for your clothes and cleaning products. On the commode you can put your keys and recharge your phones and tablets. Living and dining room There is a table and 4 chairs in the living and dining room. The table can be made bigger. The sideboard can be used for the clothes from the guest, who are sleeping on the sofa. The sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed in only a few hand grips. There is a TV 43 inches, a blue ray player with some DVD and blue ray films for everyone. You can listen to your favourite music from the SONOS lamp by your smartphone or tablet. The hotspot for free WiFi and the digital TV box is in the sideboard. Balcony The apartment has a balcony withe a table and 4 chairs, on the east side, with view of the mountains. Kitchen In the kitchen there is a fridge, an oven and micro wave combined, a 4 plates induction cooker, a dishwasher, new cooking utensils, new dishes and glasses, a Nesspresso machine, a water heater, a toaster, a fondue set and a raclette oven. There is a starterset with 10 Nesspresso capsules, 10 teabags and 10 portions of sugar. Bathroom The shower is equipped with a large washbasin and plenty of storage space. The shower is accessible from the floor. There are a hairdryer and hangers for the towels and your personal cosmetic items. Bedroom In the bedroom there is a new boxspring bed (160/200) and a wardrobe with 2 doors and enough space for your clothes. On the nightstands there are lamps, so you can comfortably read a book in the bed and with the SONOS lamp you can enjoy your favorite music streamed from your smartphone or your tablet. Location The homely and good equipped apartment Ferienwohnung B21 in Casa “Primavera” is located at the beautiful sunny slope right next to the village entrance by the Via Caglims 7b in 7017 Flims Dorf and is a part of the housing “Crap Grish”. The quarter is really quiet, the driveway is a 30km/h- zone and is therefore ideal for young families with children. General spaces Underground car park The car can be parked comfortably on the park space B21 in the underground car park. There are 2 bike parking spaces too. Ski and cycle room, depending on the season The room is on the ground floor and is easy to reach with the connection passage between the stair home and the underground car park. Washroom The washroom is located right next to the ski room. The washing machine and tumbler can be used. The use is chargeable, it has to be paid at the small change machine right by the apartment. Please pay attention to the user regulations on site. Ski bus The bus stop for the free ski bus (guest card is obligatory) is only a few meters away from the Casa “Primavera”. The Bus brings you in only a few minutes comfortably to the Talstation Flimser Bergbahn. Guest cards We put the free guest card at your disposal. If it isn´t possible, we ask you to pick them up at the tourism office by the Mainstreet Via Nova 62 in Flims Dorf. With the guest card you can profit from amongst other things like the ski bus. Shop In and around the Shopping centre “Stenna” you can find everything essential for your daily needs. Other shopping options can also be found around the post office. Food and more In Flims Dorf, Flims Waldhaus as well as Ski run and hiking trails you can always find a big selection of restaurants.
