The Flat on Bath Street

A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower. The space The city centre is just 5 minutes away and yet it can be quite quiet at the flat. The front looks out over neighbouring gardens and the main windows look out to the rear courtyard and parking area. You will have full use of all the flat and everything in it during your stay. The flat is on the first floor and there is no lift so access is by stairs only. Inside the flat there is a fixed stair with limited head height leading up to the loft room, this may not be suitable for very young or older guests. Guest access There is on street parking to the front or courtyard parking (height restricted parking for one car) to the rear.
