Quiet private room

We rent a room with recent bedding and furniture with air conditioning, TV and internet access on the second floor of our house. A bathroom and a separate toilet are on the same level and are at the entire disposal of the occupants or to share with the tenants of another room. Our house is in the countryside but close to the city center of Alès and the mechanical hub (7 km), the hospital center, the mining school and the ring road are 7 minutes away. The space Our house is located in a private cul-de-sac serving only 4 villas. This guarantees you peace and security. Your car can park in our closed yard. After your arrival we will give you a remote control of the gate and a key to the house that will allow you to come and go as you please. The house is on a large, fully enclosed and secure lot. Guest access If you wish, you will have access to the kitchen to prepare your breakfasts and meals and to the living room or terraces to enjoy them. We provide you with coffee and tea every morning. A fridge and storage space are reserved for you if you want to store food. Other things to note The pool is accessible from May to October but is shared with the owners. The washing machine can be used for stays of a week or longer. For a shorter stay, possibility of using it under certain conditions.
