Independent accommodation of 40 m2, 2 rooms, a living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Ideal for a couple with kids. Located in the heart of a small village close to Poitiers (10 min), Futuroscope (15 min), and Moulière Forest (200 m), bakery 50 m away. The accommodation is located next to the main house. It has a separate entrance, and a small separate garden. Cleaning included. Linens and towels provided. Guest access Guests have the entire property available to them. Other things to note The reservation for 2 people includes the rental of sheets and towels for 2 people (i.e. a double bed). If you want to use the sofa bed in addition to the double bed, we will ask you for an additional €10 for the sheets, to be paid directly on site (only for reservations for 2 people). Beyond 2 people, the rate is calculated automatically, there is no additional cost for the sofa bed sheets. Example: if you book for 3 or 4 people, you will not have to pay anything extra.
