Barepta View- stunning sea views & great location

A self contained annex within our property(building) for 2 adult guests. ( unsuitable for children or infants) Accessed via a separate, private entrance. There is free on street parking outside. You have use of private part of terrace overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It is located with a few minutes walk via a beautiful wooded valley to the beach. The soft sands are within 10 mins. Perfect for access to coastal path which takes you to St Ives ( approximately 20-25 min walk). The space Access to the property is down 7 steps. The lounge has stunning views and there’s a terrace with patio furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a double bed,an en-suite shower room,bedside tables and wardrobe. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for breakfast and light snacks. It has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO OVEN OR HOB. Breakfast is not provided , however there is a small , one off welcome pack (1pt of milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, loaf of bread, jam & marmalade packs) A smoke alarm is in both bedroom and kitchen/ lounge area. There is no carbon monoxide detector as no gas! From the property you can walk to the Carbis Bay beach, with it’s beautiful sands , hotel and spa. The coastal path takes you to St Ives and in the other direction to Lelant, passing the beautiful Porthkidney beach. There are several restaurants and takeaways in Carbis bay all within about 10 min walk. St Ives is about 20-25 minutes walk away and it’s perfect for the foodies out there with many restaurants, cafes and takeaways. Guest access Guests have access to the self contained annexe and it’s private terrace area only. All other areas are restricted and for owners use solely. Other things to note This property is not suitable for any infants, children or pets, sorry.
