A homely space for holiday with family and friends. This is the largest accommodation available in the surrounding area. Set in a quiet spot just outside the village of Kastellani Messis with a mountain view. Sandy beaches and stunning views all within close driving proximity. The house is very relaxing with multiple floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony to let in the light breeze :- ) The house is secure and private with plenty of parking and space outside and inside. The space The house has a large garden including a large gazebo as a permanent fixture. There are tables and chairs as well as a bbq under the gazebo. Inside there are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has 1 single bed and a single pull out sofa bed which turns into 2 singles with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. This room also has access to the balcony. The living room and kitchen are open plan. In the living area there is a corner sofa as well an additional sofa bed, which again is a single with another single pull out from underneath. This totals 8 single beds. There is an option to replace the double bed with an additional 2 singles. There is also another option to have an additional 2 singles set up which would then accommodate 10 or more people, however this may be a bit of a squeeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including electric cooking device with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. There is a large dining table which can accommodate more than 10 people. The living and kitchen room has a total of 4 windows with access to the balcony. The bathroom is large with a bath tub/ shower. There is a washing machine here and a vanity table with a mirror which you will see in the photos. The balcony wraps around 2 sides of the house so there is plenty of space. On the balcony there is a table and chairs. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room as well as a ceiling fan. In the bedrooms there are plug in fans as well as a ceiling fan in all rooms. For the winter there is a very good heater which warms all rooms- however there are additional plug in heaters if needed. The house is located in a quiet area with private access. There is plenty of parking inside the main gate to the house, however if you don't have a car, there are also two bus stops, both 2 mins walk from the house, which can take you into town or to the beach nearby called Agios Gordis. For dining close to the house, the main village which is 10 mins walk. Everything in Corfu is very accessible to the house location, for example you can drive the other side of the island and up to Nisakki beach within 35 mins. The most beautiful beaches of Corfu which are closest to the house are: Agios Gordis- sandy with many restaurants, bars and shops, Kontogialo - sandy with some local restaurants, Glyfada - sandy with a modern beach bar with four poster lounge beds as well as a cafe and shops. Looking forward to meeting you! Guest access Guests can access through a private gate with a key for the padlock. Access to the house is through a door at the back of the house. Guests need to use staircase to get to the living and sleeping area. The flat roof of the house is not available to guests for safety reasons. This door will be locked.
