Cozy beach house, the front garden ends with the Cala Pira beach shore. White sand quiet beach in a small bay, near Villasimius. Great for families with children, very safe waters. Awesome in spring, summer and autumn with warm waters until mid-November. Wonderful nature around for winter and spring retreats, hiking and sightseeing. The space Located on the beach of Cala Pira, nearby Villasimius. Nice little villa on the sea sand. Two bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 bedroom with 4 single beds), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room with TV and fireplace (don't really need these in the summers...), outside shower, patio. Private garden and outside barbecue. Car parking in the back. We normally rent the house on weekly basis from Sathurday to Sathurday. The price does not include the cost of cleaning the house. The house should be left clean for the next guest. If you want there is a cleaning lady that can come, ask Antonello Orrù +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). You will need to reserve her a few days ahead, should not be more than 100 euros, ask her anyhow. 50 steps from the sea in one of the best beaches in Sardinia. 40 Km from Cagliari airport. Best beach time from April to October. Beautiful surrondings, history and nature nearby. Stores nearby: Costa Rei - 5 chilometers (several supermarkets, closed during the winter season) it's about 5 miles. Otherwise the town of Villasimius is 10 miles away. The main beaches: from the south coast (Mediterranean) to the east (Tyrrhenian), are: Porto sa 'Ruxi, Piscadeddus Campus, Cuccureddus, Campulongu, Rice Beach, Marina Beach, Fortress, St. Stephen's, Cove Catherine Cala Gully (adjacent to Cape Carbonara), Cava Usai, Port Rush, Notteri, Timi Ama, Simius, Is Traias, Moon Harbour, Manunzas, Riu Trottu (crooked river), Punta Molentis, Procceddus. Guest access On the beach in the summer season, there is a small beach bar (on the left) and a boat, canoe and surf rental. They also organize daily trips by boat in the sorroundings. In front of Cala Pira there is a national water park (preserved area) that can be partly visited. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICES: water in Cala Pira is NON drinkable, it's good for cooking, but drinking water should be bought at the local stores Registration Details IT111011B4000S6922
