Under the Oaks

2 blocks from the Sunshine Recreation area, our small in law suite is private and recently renovated. Positioned under a number of large oak trees our quiet suite features a private entrance and a shade garden. Come bike, kayak or swim in the park. Our kayaks our included. We are 5 minutes to route 50 with easy access to downtown Sacramento. Perfect for a quick get away or a health care professional working at one of the many near by health centers. The space Our property is 3/4 of an acre. Their is a front shade garden to use upon measure in the front. In the back we have a basketball court, grill deck, laundry room and spa guests can use upon requests. We also have a swing set and if guests would like to collect some farm fresh eggs from our 8 chickens and 4 ducks that can be accommodated that as well. Guest access Swing set, Swim spa, swing set, basketball court and shade garden. Other things to note We have a dog that has access to the backyard at all times. If entering through back or spending time out back please be prepared to meet Murphy or let us know in advance so we can crate him while you use the recreation areas.
