This is a light and modern first floor flat in a beautiful rural village. It is close to the river Taw and central to the coast and Exeter. Excellent for walking. North Tawton is near the A30, 15 minutes drive to Okehampton and 12 miles from Dartmoor. Surrounded by green, you have a private entrance and the flat to yourself. The flat has its own detached garden with seating. The space The flat is comfortable, cosy and warm. Your space is a gallery entrance leading to a large lounge and open plan kitchen/diner. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a lovely single bedroom with a comfortable bed and dressing table. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a large desk. I welcome children under 2 but point out that there are 10 stairs going down to the front door and no rail at the top. There are open views from the lounge and it is a bright space. Free wifi. Off road parking is in front of the flat. Past feedback has been taken into account and you will find a lovely, clean place to stay. Guest access You have your own parking space in front of the flat. There is a bus stop 300 metres from the flat on the road to the village. The village provides a lovely cafe, a Spar, a fish and chip shop, hairdressers, an Art Gallery and craft shop. In the flat you have access to the hallway, bedroom, lounge, dining room/kitchen bathroom and garden. These spaces are all private to you.
