Charming restored stone villa with private pool

The space This private holiday home situated in small, quiet village named Kurili was originally built in 1927 and fully renovated and equipped in 1999 to welcome guests who would like to enjoy quiet countryside surroundings. It is perfect for family/two families with kids or group of friends. Set in extensive gardens, with lovely views across the countryside, this gorgeous stone built villa has a real farmhouse feel to it, enhanced by the well tended grounds. These are completed by the freshwater swimming pool and summer kitchen with barbeque cooker & grill to one side, away from the main house; also outside is boules pitch and a stone table. Villa has marvelous location, it is 15 minutes by car from the most attractive Istrian coastal town Rovinj and 30 minutes from Pula airport. Entrance is into a spacious, well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with open fire place. A large living/dining room leads from here, with the space enhanced by a high ceiling with open rafters, complemented by yellow stained-effect walls. The dècor is somewhat eclectic - and absolutely charming. Also on this floor is a larder and shower/WC. Ground floor: 1 living room (TV (satellite), DVD player, CD player), 1 kitchen (fireplace, oven,dishwasher, freezer), 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and pantry. Two double bedrooms are on the first floor, both large, with big wooden beds, wooden floors and stained-effect walls (the second bedroom and the shared shower/WC are reached through the first bedroom, as is the second floor). The third double bedroom with extra bed and fourth twin bedroom are attic-style (althouth the ceilings are not too low) and on the second floor. These bedrooms share a small shower/WC and ante room. 1st floor: 2 x bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (shower, toilet). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (single bed, double bed), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bathroom (shower, toilet). General: washing machine, BBQ, swimming pool (private, 9 x 5 m), free broadband wifi.
