We offer all year round: 1-room Apt.,kitchenette, bathroom The space There are 2 apartments at our property. One is a 1 Room Apt. with kitchenette and bathroom, perfect for 2. The other one does have a separate bed room and a room for (2) kids. Guest access Just ask us, to provide you with everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay...such as garden chairs...bbq grill... Other things to note Duvet cover, towels are readily available, there is no cleaning fee charged. The municipality of Alt Schwerin is a recognized tourist resort and charges a spa tax, which the guest has to pay on site. This is per guest and day (not for children under 16) April - October: 1 euro November - March: 0.50 euros
