Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome. The space Brook View is a lovely modern bungalow: the double bedroom has an en suite shower, or if you prefer to relax and have a bath there is a separate bathroom with large bath. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. You can then relax in the separate lounge which has both 3 and 2 seater settees. There is gas central heating available all year round. All rooms are on the ground floor which makes Brook View ideal for guests which have difficulty with stairs. For cycling enthusiasts wishing to visit Brook view has lock up facilities and can provide a pressure washer to clean off your bikes. Guest access Guests can self check in using the lock box. There are no steps to the property therefore ideal for disabled access. Other things to note Brook View is ideally situated in a lovely peaceful area of the town. In town there are boutique shops, cafes, pubs and takeaways as well as a theatre/cinema. Every Saturday morning there is a park run on the Groe park. If your'e visiting events held at the Royal Welsh Showground Brook View is within easy walking distance.
