We do not accept tenants who do not have a registration or job. The lower apartment has 2 single rooms in a shared apartment, which includes a shared large bathroom and a kitchen. Cozy separate single room with single bed. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with roommates. Final cleaning EUR 30 The space The rooms have beds from 100 to 140 cm wide and are 200 cm long. All rooms have a place to eat or for the PC. Dishes and glasses are in the room. Towels are changed every week or as needed. Bed linen every 14 days or as needed. Parking at the house. Garden use allowed. Apartments disinfected with ozone We would like to draw our guests' attention to the fact that our apartments are effectively disinfected by the oxidizing effect of ozone after each guest guest. After the usual thorough cleaning, the ozone generator is placed in the room and runs for 60 minutes. Ozone renders viruses and bacteria harmless, destroys mites, insects, bacteria, spores and mold in a natural and safe way and is environmentally friendly. Approximately 30 minutes after the ozone treatment, the ozone dissolves, so that the normal oxygen content in the apartment is restored. When the ozone generator is removed, the room is additionally ventilated. Guest access The entrance is separate. 2 single rooms (one is in fixed rent) share an entrance, hallway and bathroom, bench, bar table and stool for communication with other guests or for laptop work. Garden use. During your stay The hostess is in the house and is available for questions from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Other things to note A village store is an 8-minute walk. Free Wi-Fi in the house.
