We do not accept tenants who do not have a registration or job. The lower apartment has 2 single rooms in a shared apartment, which includes a shared large bathroom and a kitchen. Cozy separate single room with single bed. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with roommates. Final cleaning EUR 30 The space Rooms have beds of 100 to 140 cm wide and are 200 cm long. All rooms have a place to eat or on PC. Dishes and glassware are provided in the room. Towels are changed every week or as needed. Linens 14 days or as needed. Parking place at the house. Garden use allowed. Ozone disinfected apartments We would like our guests to find out that our apartments effective due to the liberating effect of ozone after each guest disinfected. After the usual thorough cleaning, the ozone generator will enter the room and runs for 60 minutes. Ozone makes viruses and bacteria harmless, destroys mites, insects, Bacteria, spores, and mold in a natural and safe way, and is environmentally friendly. Approximately 30 minutes after the ozone treatment, the ozone dissolves, so that the normal oxygen content is restored in the apartment. When removing the ozone generator, the room will also be ventilated. Guest access The entrance is seperate. 2 single rooms (one is in fixed rent) share an entrance, hallway and bathroom, bench bar table and stool for communication with other guests or for laptop work. Garden use. During your stay The hostess is in the house and is available for questions from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Other things to note A village shop is in 8 minutes. Free wifi in the house. Small kitchen. Fridge with ice box available. Dishwasher, oven. Towel change every week, linen change depending on booking.
