The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year. The space The flat is on the ground floor, (there is an external staircase to access the private entrance). The thick stone walls make it beautifully cool in the summer, and cosy and warm in the winter. It is comfortable and welcoming and a perfect place to really relax and connect with nature. We're off the road, so it's peaceful and quiet. There is a big field in front of the house, surrounded by forests, so there are plenty of beautiful walks or bike rides from your doorstep. (We have a bike shelter, and charging point for electric bikes). Five minutes on foot through the woods, leads you down to the most idyllic section of the Lignon river, with big granite rocks to climb, cascading small waterfalls, and lagoons deep enough to swim in. A refreshing treat on a hot summer's day. Also perfect for fishing and photography. Guest access The flat is a fully independent part of our renovated farm; our full-time home. There is ample free parking, and the field in front of the house is ours. The forests all around the field don't belong to us, but there are no restrictions on where you can adventure (unless you come across a rare 'private property ' sign of course.) The garden is divided into a garden/courtyard for your exclusive use, and our part of the garden for our exclusive use. Other things to note We have a very loving and friendly dog.
