Our spacious (165m2) light and recently renovated house (2020) offers you best of both worlds: in the middle of nature, with the river 'de Rotte' right in front of our door, with a huge garden to enjoy the sun, but still close enough to reach the city centre by bicycle (12 min) or by foot (only 25 min). Even our Rotterdam friends envy us for this perfect spot! We rent out the house when we are out traveling ourselves, so it's fully equipped with everything you need! The space The full house is about 165 square meters and has four rooms upstairs: one bathroom, a kids room with a double kids bed, one ‘in between room’ and an attic with a kingsize bed. The attic is open with the ‘in between room’ and bathroom. Our living room is open with the kitchen, has a fire place in the middle and a front door and a back door that leads to the balcony which is open to the garden. At the end of our garden you will enter our ‘landje’ (little land) where we have a playground, fire place and vegetable garden. The open stairs in the living room will lead you to the basement where you’ll find our storage. No need for you to be there. In the basement you’ll find another door behind which we have our laundry machine, and tools stored. This part is private too. Guest access Front door. Other things to note The house suits two adults and two children. The house is our personal home. Therefor, you'll find some of our personal belongings around the house.
