It has an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms (2 with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a closet, and the third set up as an office), a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with air conditioning, a full bathroom with a shower, and a spacious balcony (24 m²) with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the good weather. All set up for the exclusive use of our guests. The architecture of the house guarantees total autonomy and privacy on the top floor. Guest access The house is very large, it is distributed in 3 independent levels. On the first level is the garden area and our private pool, accessed by an exterior metal staircase. On the second level, at street level, is the ground floor, where we live. We are a family with 2 children. On the third level- upper floor, is the full apartment that is rented. On this floor we have a room that we use if we have any family visit, it is a room that does not interfere with the privacy of the apartment. From the entire house, it is SHARED without losing privacy: - The entrance patio, hall and the main hall - The BBQ Area - The pool area, which being located in an attached and private area of the house, allows if preferred and with prior notice exclusive use by our guests . Other things to note Although the house is NOT located in the city of Barcelona, getting to Plaza Catalunya – the heart of Barcelona – is easy and relatively quick thanks to the excellent “Metro del Vallès-FGC” train network. The best option is to drive to the “FGC-Hospital General” station (5–7 minutes away; usually, there is easy and free parking in the area); from there, on weekdays, there is a train every 5–10 minutes heading towards Barcelona. You can reach the upper part of Barcelona (Sarrià-Muntaner) in 18–20 minutes and Plaza Catalunya in 35 minutes. On weekends, public holidays, and in August, public transportation runs less frequently (check the Rubibus and FGC websites), but on the other hand, it is easier to find free street parking in Barcelona. * Tourist rental property under the “llar compartida” scheme of the Government of Catalonia.
