It has an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms: 2 of them with a double bed-closet and the third enabled as an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with air conditioning, a full bathroom with a shower, a large balcony (24m2) with a table and outdoor chairs to enjoy the good weather. Everything is prepared for the exclusive use of our guests. The house's architecture guarantees total autonomy and privacy on the top floor. Guest access The house is very large, distributed over 3 independent levels. On the first level is the garden area and swimming pool, accessed by an exterior metal staircase, on the second level at street level is the ground floor, where we live, we are a family with 2 children. On the third level-upper floor, there is the entire apartment that is rented. On this floor we have a room that we use in case we have a family visit, it is a room that does not interfere at all with the privacy of the apartment. Of the whole house, it is SHARED without losing privacy: - The entrance patio, hall, and main entrance. - The barbecue area. - The pool area, which is located in an annexed and private area of the house, allows if preferred and with prior notice exclusive use by our guests. Other things to note Although the house is NOT located in Barcelona city, getting to Plaza Cataluña-centre of Barcelona is easy and relatively fast thanks to the excellent train network of the "metro del valles-FGC" combining as the best option: car to the station "FGC-Hospital General" (5-7 min journey, easy and free parking in the area) from there on a working day there is a metro every 5-10 minutes in the direction of Barcelona, you reach the upper area of Barcelona (Sarria-Muntaner) in 18-20 min and Plaza de Cataluña in 35 min.
