JULY AUGUST FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY A stone's throw from the city center and a 5-minute walk from the port, you will find a 50 m² apartment completely renovated by us, on the ground floor of our house. Independent, it is bright and quiet, with access to the garden and private terrace. It can accommodate four guests. With family, as a couple, or with friends, enjoy a pleasant stay by the sea slightly away from the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants. The space > South-facing apartment with terrace. > Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. > Living room equipped with a sofa, two armchairs. Books are available for all ages as well as board games (there is no TV). > Bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a large shower. Storage closet. TOWELS NOT PROVIDED > Bedroom 1: a 160 x 200 double bed, wardrobe with hangers, mirror and storage buffet. > Bedroom 2: two single beds 80 x 200 (possibility to assemble the beds before entering the accommodation), mirror, dresser. SHEETS PROVIDED. > Private terrace with offset umbrella, garden table and four chairs > Garden with outdoor clothesline and access to raspberries depending on the season. > Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair and bathtub > Cleaning before checkout is the responsibility of the tenants. It can be done by us for the sum of €50 paid on site.
