Situated in a quiet location within the original fishing community of the town, it lies close to many attractive bars, restaurants & traditional shops. It is an ideal base for the new V&A The flat has been newly refurbished. Close to many golf courses, play park, beach, shops and restaurants. The space Available now!! Newly refurbished ground floor beach cottage. Very small outside space at the rear with two outside chairs. (Not very big) This is an entire ground floor apartment on a quiet cul de sac situated at the beach. It’s master bedroom contains a superking bed with high end mattresses for extreme comfort. Linens are by John Lewis. There is a double set of drawers with a hair dryer and straighteners. There are two small wardrobes in the master. The second bedroom has a single bed. There is a trundle bed (bed under a bed) suitable for a child. It is more suitable for 3 adults plus a child The kitchen contains a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and an essentials store. The bathroom is small but beautifully designed with a walk in shower and marble and teak sink. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels are provided. A shaver socket is present in the bathroom. The lounge contains a three seater sofa and armchair, side tables and low level lighting, virgin media is installed on the tv and there are also books and board games available. There is a small patio outside space at the rear to sit with a glass of wine of an evening. There is no garden but the beach is 50m at the bottom of the lane for dog walks. Close to many golf courses including Carnoustie (5 miles), Barry/Moniefieth (2miles), St Andrews (12 miles), St Michaels (7miles), Dundee (4 miles).
