It is a beautiful basement apartment with separate entrance in a detached house. Quietly located in the west of Cologne, with direct train connection to the city center, exhibition center and the Rheinenergiestadion. Completed residential unit in the basement. Spacious living-sleeping area with TV, workstation, access to own small terrace, tea kitchen, modern shower room, WLAN. In the sauna can be switched off wonderfully. The outdoor terrace offers refreshment in winter and invites you to relax on armchairs during the warmer seasons. Sauna can be used for a small fee of 25 euros per 3 hours and by arrangement. The apartment is ideal for trade fair visitors. With the nearby S-Bahn you can reach the MesseKoeln directly within 20 minutes.
