Welcome to my gorgeous apartment in Stuttgart Kaltental. The apartment is absolutely quietly located on the outskirts of Kaltental. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view of the landscape reserve. Nevertheless, it is only 2 minutes to the train and 10 min to the center. The apartment has been renovated in 2021 and is fully equipped and has a total of 5 sleeping places. Kaltental is wonderfully centrally located between the Stuttgart center and Vaihingen. It's surrounded by greenery. The space Apartment is completely modernized in 2021. In the living room, there is a large couch, which can be converted into a sofa bed. In addition, a large dining table and a 55'' smart TV. In the bedroom there is a large bed, a large closet and a chest of drawers.
