The accommodation is an annex adjoining our family home of Rhos Owen in the village of Llangristiolus, in the heart of Anglesey. The property has spectacular views of Snowdonia and would be the perfect central location for exploring the island. Anglesey's attractions and beautiful beaches are all within easy reach. The space Please note the annex is adjoining the family home and as we have 3 young children noise will naturally occur during the daytime (especially school holidays). We aim to keep this to a minimum when we are aware that guests are in however this may not always be possible. The annex is just 5 minutes off the A55 in an idyllic setting with stunning views of Snowdonia. The property consists of a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a separate kitchen, large living/dining area and a conservatory. The bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and ample storage plus an en suite shower room. Space is available should you wish to bring your own travel cot or you are welcome to use one provided. The living area has a dining area plus 2 large sofas, armchair, TV, DVD player, WiFi and electric fire. Patio doors lead out to a conservatory with additional seating. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Ideal for couples, business travellers, and small families. Within easy reach are a great selection of beaches and restaurants. Llanberis is 30 minutes away, home to the Snowdonia Mountain Railway which will take you to the peak of the highest mountain in Wales. On a clear day, the track is visible from Rhos Owen. Anglesey Airport at RAF Valley is 11 miles away. The Port of Holyhead is only 20 minutes away. The nearest train stations are Bodorgan (5 miles away) Llanfairpwllgwyngyll (6 miles) which operate request stops and Bangor (11 miles) which runs a regular service. Guest access The property has a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy as well as outdoor seating. There is ample off road parking. Other things to note We have a friendly cat who likes to make herself known to guests, please be aware she might come in through open doors or windows during your stay but will happily be on her way if needed. One well behaved house trained dog only please. No XL Bully or other similar dogs allowed. Enclosed back garden but open front garden, pets brought at owners own risk. We have a small dog that will share the back garden. No charging of Electric Vehicles permitted.
