"The Mansion" is a unique Villa perfectly designed in prime location at walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Herzliya Pituach. The space has 8 bedrooms with 7 full bathroom and 3 additional toilets. The spacious pool area is surrounded by the green of trees and plants, making it perfect to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a barbecue next to the pool, a theater room and a Hot tub on the rooftop that offers breathtaking views above the trees. The space Cleaning (5 hour per day) is included in the price and mandatory to keep the house clean throughout your stay. Water and Electricity bills are included in the price. Other things to note Important Information Regarding VAT Israeli Citizens: Please note that VAT (18%) is not included in the listed prices. Israeli citizens are required to pay VAT prior to check-in. Tourists: According to Israeli VAT regulations, tourists holding a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT.
