It is just a short drive away from Rocamadour 25 km, the Gouffre de Padirac 14 km, the Dordogne Valley 10km and the Causse de Quercy 15 km It offers an ideal holiday home for families or couples looking for a relaxing time with lots of activities in the heart of France. The space The Gite comprises of a lounge area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with a double bed 140cm, bathroom with bath/shower and basin, toilet and large walk in cupboard. The lounge has a double folding bed settee for two people or children, dining table, coffee table, satellite TV with both French and UK chanels and high speed Wifi connection. Hot water is provided by a solar water heater and the Gite is cool in summer and no air conditioning is needed. Guest access All guests have access to the 2500 sq m garden that is fully enclosed with a locking gate and a large secured car park and a secured garage for bicycles. At the top of the garden is a large 12x5 metre fully alarmed salt water swimming pool, shared with the owners, and a shaded patio with four sun beds and a fresh water sun heated shower.
