Located 4 miles from Monmouth the Cottage is approached through an historic arboretum with several giant redwoods amongst other specimen trees. The space The property has a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a shower and toilet en-suite, the second bedroom has twin beds which, on prior request, can be made up as a kingsize double. The lounge offers a double sofa bed as required. The main bathroom has bath and an accessible large shower cubicle. The property is single storey and there are no steps into or within the building - all external doors have low thresholds to facilitate accessibility. Guest access Situated some 300m from the road down a private drive, it provides a high degree of privacy - a keybox gives unattended access to the property. It is within 150 m of a footpath leading to many interesting walks, access to cycle paths is via country lanes or a drive to Monmouth. Within the adjacent stable block you will find: Table Tennis, Table Football, Pool Table, and a dart board. Also here is a drying area for outdoor clothes/boots and an area where you can store cycles in a dry environment. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Other things to note We can provide storage for cycles and a drying room to hang wet gear. Dogs - we welcome well behaved, house trained dogs, however we do have rules on their behaviour. Dogs must not be allowed on the sofas or beds, they must not be left alone in the property and any mess on the lawn must be removed.
